TLAPEXCO RESIDENCES

The Tlapexco composition works as a residential model involving 4 houses and a same concept.

The project became possible with a colaboration with TDM Architects and as a solution for a highly complex building organization constructed on a cliff makes a new living design process in which the spaces go downwards in private composition until arriving to a community urban park which wrapss the residence as a whole.

The materials are local and the design brings a modern minimalist composition to the inhabitants
